Robert W. Richmond serves as the Chief Financial Officer of VisionQuest Biomedical, LLC with direct responsibility for accounting, contracts, finance, human resources and general administration of the company.  Prior to joining VisionQuest, he was the Chief Administrative Officer of a mid-sized government services R&D contractor.

He has provided strategic finance, accounting and management consulting advice to small and mid-sized companies and clients for over twenty-five years. He has been responsible for investment rounds of financing with start-up companies and he has taken equity positions in some of these companies with which he has been affiliated. Over the course of his career, Mr. Richmond has functioned successfully in a variety of management disciplines, including strategic planning and organizational leadership, technology development and commercialization, corporate and investment accounting and finance, budgeting and cash flow optimization, cost reduction and avoidance, human resource administration, and team building and team leadership.
